Welcome to our electronic plant registration system.
This page is dedicated to those wishing to participate in our February 28-March 1, 2020 "Orchidelirium" Show.  We are continuing our "bench show" format, meaning all the plants entered will be exhibited by the class they are entered in.  Vendors will not have to create exhibits, but are required to enter a minimum of 8 plants to be judged.

The goal is to pre-register as many plants as possible before 8p on Thursday, February 27, 2020.  This allows us to:
  • organize plant space on the "bench" by actual number of plants entered;
  • print labels and eliminate the need for you to fill out individual plant tags;
  • print plant lists by class for judging teams; and avoid last minute chaos and potential errors.

Plant Registration: It's Easy!  Download & Save the Excel Plant Registration Form below (excel spreadsheet). Complete the form, save it to your computer and e-mail your form to myrh@hotos.org anytime before 8p on Thursday, February 27. 
We have also included the SWROGA Class Entry Schedule for reference. Use this Schedule to determine which class to enter your Orchids in for the show. If you are not sure which class to enter your plants under, just insert "9999" in the "class" field and we will assist you at the show when the Registration table opens at 11a.  If you are unsure if a plant will be ready to show, please include it . It is easier to delete entries than to add them at registration on Friday.
You will receive a confirmation eMail from Myr of receipt of your list.

If you have any issues downloading the Excel spreadsheet above, please just email your plant list directly to myrh@hotos.org.  Include your name, address and contact infomation, and list plant entries by Class, Plant Name and Parents (if applicable). We will also confirm receipt of those submissions. Thanks!
Show Registration will only be open from 11a-2p on Friday, February 28. Upon check-in at show registration you will receive a list of your pre-registered plants and plant tags so you can verify your entries, adding or deleting any last minute changes. Once all entries are final we will reprint your list and corrected plant tags. Registration closes at 2p. No additions or changes will be accepted after that time.
